General Hunting discussions

Just mention random stuff about Monster Hunter hunts here.

One random thing to note: remind me never to face off High-Level Gypceros with only a Wing Bow-MKIII (without any coated arrows), no attack boosts, a cat vassal who only sticks with bombing tactics (no large ones yet either), and only 3 herbal medicine packs.

Actually I did, and I won with no deaths but it was extremely annoying and took quite a long while. Anti-Theft ftw though, and still snatched a Quartz Ore on the way out with a Khezu Welp, lol.

: Ok in another day, I for once decided to face off White Fatalis,
but I found out the hard way that when it was once said that he's
supposedly to be an End-Boss, that was no rumor! He's the first cheapsake
I have came across with an unlimited rage mode, and even worse is how he
keeps flying WAY out of range!

Seems more like Fatalis in a chicken suit here but with a rail gun (one-hit
kill fart) and there was two of us on him yet we still lost. My problem was
because every time either of these happen:

1: When noticing my partner taking too much damage I tried to use healing
stuff, but when I even tried to do that then that's when he never wants to
leave me the hell alone! (stupid tail of his AND kept turning around bothering
me to no end!)

2: We noticed how it seems he was starting to fall critical in HP, but then
every mere shave of even a normal bullet across his wing (yes, this bastard
had me doing more fleeing and missing than hitting directly) he'd go chicken
and go flying way out of range or (if unlucky) right back to the out-of-range
spot atop the highest area of the tower and do his retard-thunder dance,
chewing off as much time as possible and/or being cheap with it if I got stuck
near a wall (God damn it!!! I so hated it when that happens!!)

Chased him away twice (failed both rounds in a 1-death fail, always me the
unlucky one. *yawn*) and I was already angry the 2nd time and snapped
him off after that vermin got lucky once again at then end, then he shoots
me back but can't get successful because he already failed partially having
to flee again. Guess we truly hate each other severely, but it seemed a bit
funny to notice later.
