Well this is what we have so far on it:

Have:
-Killzone: Liberation (downloaded from PSP, ported to Vita, tested and confirmed it works!)
-Dynasty Warriors: Next (Solid chip)
-Ragnarok Odyssey (Demo with data, planning on buying if possible soon; next move if lucky for SOME sort of Action-RPG to fit in since Phantasy Star and Monster Hunter aren't on it yet here)

Had:
-Super Stardust: Delta (demo, data overload so removed. Save data still in tact)
-Gravity Rush (demo, unable to save, removed for data overload)

Wanted:
Ragnarok Odyssey
Phantasy Star Online 2 (when released)
LittleBigPlanet (recommended and curious)
Disgaea 3.5: Absence of Detention (I'm WAY behind in the series, ouch!)

Hardware added:
4GB memory card

Pretty much the same list here since we're sharing that one.

Games in the pending list can now be added to my current collection.

what are your thoughts on the Vita, currently trying to decide if I should get one or a 3DS

If the best game I've played on it so far is Persona 4 Golden, then I'd wait if I were you.
