Our admin is planning to make a page to host our resources on and have
access to the forum, but the site is in the making and a decision is going
to have to be made before the whole thing is even started. It'll take a
while and will need to be set up properly.

The issue is... do we make it public, or not?

with the current data loss I just suffered all of a sudden, that
may NOT be a easy task. (yup, the old fools around the house
deleted my favorite browser and some other things which is NOT
